Best gourmet Burgers from Paris!

Blend Hamburger

Blend hamburgerEven before its opening in last January, Blend gourmet burger was already expected. Five months later, “It’s always madness. At lunchtime, customers line up outside to get their burger!”

On the ground floor, the restaurant was designed with a black and white decoration, chic wooden tables and stools (24 seats).
A tiny open cuisine for the serving and for the preparation workshop are located downstairs.

On the menu, 7 burgers, regular French fries or sweet potato fries and dessert, the Blendies – the cheesecake cupcake or Chile Brownie.

The secret of success? The meat. A mix of pieces of beef (steak and tab) matured during 40 days.
