Restaurant Clown Bar

Clown BarIt was a historic bistro whose red nose décor and purring cuisine tickled tourists pink. A beautiful specimen from the early 20th century, with a timeworn bar, a painted glass ceiling and ceramic Sarreguemine clowns in the style of Winsor McCay, since Clown Bar used to be the local watering hole for the Cirque d’Hiver. When the affaire recently hit the market, the team for Saturne restaurant took possession of it, in order to create, after a facelift, one of the most sizzling café-bistros in Paris. In the kitchen, SotaAtsumi (Vivant Table) is absorbed in his staggering acrobatics, and depending on his mood and the weather, you can taste it all in the dining room, at the bar or on the terrace:

We are ready to stand the noise and the relative discomfort to come here to test fineand fresh cuisine. In conclusion, do not miss lemon pie and sesame: it is just amazing!

Restaurant Les Chouettes

Located in the heart of the Marais, bordering the famous Carreau du Temple, Les Chouettes welcomes you in an Eiffel style decor, with very raw materials.

At 20 meters high, a glass roof illuminates this place of singular life on three levels look like a boat. On the second floor, the library lounge awaits you for a moment of relaxation outdated. The bar of the first echoes its big brother on the ground floor. Even when the place fills up, the calm continues to prevail, decorated for the atmosphere, with a jazzy music, very light and pleasant.

Fine and elegant cuisine based on fresh and seasonal dishes reinvents with talent and enthusiasm. Menu is restricted, three starters, three main courses, three desserts, promises surprises, such as bonito shavings and haddock, egg mimosa savora to start, followed by a crispy guinea fowl, accompanied by mushrooms and candele.
Finally, for your dessert, toasted sesame foam, salted caramel and linen ice-cream for example.
