Restaurant Le Chardenoux

Created in 1908 by the family of the same name, the Chardenoux is one of those authentic bistrotsof Paris. Thishistorical building, with a typical Parisian décor, send us few years in the past, with its zinc counter, painted ceilings and moulding.

The Chardenoux was acquire and renovated in 2008 by French Chef, Cyril Lignac, who welcomes you here, in his third restaurant in Paris.

Set between “Place de la Bastille” and “Place de la Nation”, the restaurant can accommodate around thirty seats inside andoffers, for sunny days, a pleasant terrace in this quiet neighbourhood.

Chef celebrates local and seasonal products and bistro-style specialties. Cyril Lignac suggests a short menu, with for example a burratina with olive oil and grilled eggplant, veal stew with tomato and macaroni organic parmesan or a toast with raspberries for dessert.

Restaurant Les Chouettes

Located in the heart of the Marais, bordering the famous Carreau du Temple, Les Chouettes welcomes you in an Eiffel style decor, with very raw materials.

At 20 meters high, a glass roof illuminates this place of singular life on three levels look like a boat. On the second floor, the library lounge awaits you for a moment of relaxation outdated. The bar of the first echoes its big brother on the ground floor. Even when the place fills up, the calm continues to prevail, decorated for the atmosphere, with a jazzy music, very light and pleasant.

Fine and elegant cuisine based on fresh and seasonal dishes reinvents with talent and enthusiasm. Menu is restricted, three starters, three main courses, three desserts, promises surprises, such as bonito shavings and haddock, egg mimosa savora to start, followed by a crispy guinea fowl, accompanied by mushrooms and candele.
Finally, for your dessert, toasted sesame foam, salted caramel and linen ice-cream for example.
